A New York Yes above the Hudson
Mariah planned a little surprise for their trip to New York, a simple Couple’s photo session, a quiet afternoon with their pup, and a chance to enjoy the city together. What Deanna didn’t know is that the camera was only the beginning.
Inside a room at the iconic The Standard, with the Hudson River and Little Island watching them across the windows, Mariah asked the question… and Deanna said yes! A yes filled with happy tears, shaky hands, and that unmistakable feeling of this is exactly where we’re meant to be.
We headed down to the streets of Meatpacking, a neighborhood that already holds a piece of their story. The evening felt soft and familiar, the city moving around them, their pup trotting along, and the two of them soaking in the moment.
A perfect NYC day for a perfect yes.
